1858 Caesar Bar has five locations across Canada: Collingwood, Sauble Beach, Waterloo and Blue Mountain in Ontario, and Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Newmarket, Ontario opens next.

Our flagship opened in Collingwood in 2018 as North America's first bar dedicated entirely to the Caesar. Every location pours 50+ signature Caesars built on our proprietary 1858 Elixir line, plus build-your-own and our rotating monthly Caesar flight.

Sauble Beach is a seasonal location, open seven days a week from May through September.
